Establish an All-in-One, Hospital-Wide NGS Analysis Hub Based on WES and WTS
- Implement WETS to generate and accumulate 2,000 cases annually, combining paired WES of tumor tissue and blood with WTS of tumor tissue, with a target of 7,000 cumulative cases by 2028
- Maintain the current turnaround time (TAT) through standardized analysis workflows, implementation of virtual panels, and continuous testing and optimization of the WETS pipeline
Provide Solutions to Unmet Needs through a Leading NGS Analysis Platform
- Continuously advance an end-to-end analysis platform based on ADRESS and SNUH POLARIS
- Address unmet needs through the development and implementation of state-of-the-art analytical technologies, including CNV and gene expression analysis
Establish Clinical-Genomic Governance and Expand SNUH POLARIS
- Continuously enhance SNUH POLARIS and regularly incorporate stakeholder feedback through its steering committee to establish and maintain clinical-genomic governance
- Expand SNUH POLARIS across the Seoul National University Hospital network, including SNUH, SNUBH, SMG-SNU Boramae Medical Center, and Siheung Baegot SNUH
Build a Foundation for Advanced Translational Research Connecting AI with Clinical Practice
- Continuously develop novel analytical technologies based on WES and WTS
- Promote and facilitate AI-driven clinical research using WETS data
